Booking guidelines

A few house rules so the appointment stays smooth — cancellations, timing, and how to arrive.

Cancellation: Deposits are non-refundable. Cancel at least 48 hours ahead or 50% of the remaining total is charged.
Deposit: £20 non-refundable, taken to hold your slot and deducted from your service.
Payment: Balance is cash. Bank transfer is +£5. No deposit means the booking is not confirmed.
Late arrivals: 10 minutes late adds £10. 20 minutes late and the appointment is cancelled — you are still charged.
Guests: No extra guests. Parents, please be ready to leave your child while they are styled.
Confirmation: We email the address 24 hours before. Reply to that message to confirm.
Add-ons: Choose extra styling when you book. Last-minute add-ons are £5.
Rescheduling: You can move once. To keep the deposit, the new date must be in the same month.

Before you arrive

Hair washed, detangled, and product-free — no oils, or we cannot take you.
Hair should be 4 inches and full on each side. If not, a £10 fee applies.
Under 4 inches: send a photo first. If we can still braid it, a £25 fee applies.
If hair is not detangled, a £10 blow-dry fee is added.
No vaping, no animals, and no other commitments on the day.
Email us first if you have any hair issues.

Good to know

X-Pression hair is included — keep it selected in add-ons if you need it.
Marley twists, curls, French curls and similar can be added, or bring your own hair.
Curly tips, extra length and boho need to be added before the appointment.
Style changes must take the same time or less than the service you booked.
Emergency appointments are +£20. Sundays are +£20.
No plus-ones unless they also have an appointment that day. Tell us if you feel unwell.
